Job Description

The Operations Crew is a hands on liaison between the “front of house” service staff and the kitchen department. This crew provides logistical support to the banquet catering staff as well as the culinary team to help ensure a successful and safe event. The operations department also fills the needs in other various areas such as maintenance and transportation

 

Responsibilities

  • Work schedule will vary from week to week based upon business levels.
  • Work locations will vary from day to day.
  • UFS has three different base locations as well many off premises catering locations.

 

Qualifications

  • Current Utah food handlers permit or “Serve Safe” certification.
  • Understanding of basic English is a must.
  • Ability it interact with all team members in a professional and cordial manner.
  • Must be able and willing to work some long shifts.
  • Must be able to lift 50#. Basic math skills to calculate equipment needs is a plus.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
