Off Premise Catering Policies and Procedures
Our knowledgeable sales staff will work directly with you to achieve your ideal look, layout and customize a menu to suit your theme. Every effort will be made to accommodate all guests with special dietary requirements. All prices are on a “per-person” basis for a minimum of two hours of service. Prices include buffet linens, a decorative centerpiece and china service (except where noted). All catering requires a 15 person minimum. Prices shown do not include event production charges or applicable sales tax. Please note that most menus can be modified to be served either buffet or plated style. Guarantees and Payment Terms:
The number guaranteed is the minimum billing and may be changed up until three working days prior to your function. If possible, UFS will accommodate increases in guest counts after the final guarantee. However, the following fees may be added: 10% surcharge per additional person or if changed within 24 hours of event start time, a 50% surcharge per additional person. The Event Production fee covers all travel time, equipment, linens, service ware, set up, break down and a minimum two hour banquet period. A 75% deposit will be required 30 days prior to the event. 100% of the estimated charges are due 72 hours prior to your event date. For credit card payments of $10,000 or more, UFS will pass along the credit card transaction fee to the client. The fee will be calculated on the client’s total bill. Interest charges accrue 1% per month beginning 30 days after date of event. If collection is made by suit or otherwise, client pays collection costs and attorney’s fees. Please advise if your organization is tax exempt.
