Turn up the heat with Pozole!

As we quickly move from barbecue to tailgate season, our catering chefs at Utah Food Services have been busy test driving comfort food. Welcome Pozole! This week Chef Cam whipped up a batch of pulled pork pozole, complete with all the fixin’s. Let’s just say, we barely scraped enough together to get a photograph. This crowd pleasing soupy-stew is chock full of hominy, pork or chicken, and finished off with a dollop of sour cream, cotija cheese, fresh cilantro, green onion, avocado, shredded cabbage and a squeeze of lime.
