Catersource Comes to Utah
When Catersource asked us to bring our mobile kitchens to Lindon, Utah simply to be viewed by chefs from across the U.S., Our owner Robert Sullivan said no… We can do better! He thought that the best way to promote the functionality of our mobile kitchens would be through actual demonstration. So instead of driving 2 empty kitchens out to a hot parking lot in the middle of summer, we loaded up food, drinks, and a few fun prizes to make the heat a little more bearable. We threw the owner, a couple of chefs, and a few servers into some vans and made our way to the parking lot at Harley Davidson, where we set up camp for the day.
