Salt Palace Private Lounge

The Spirits of the Wasatch is the latest amenity for convention attendees at the Salt Palace Convention Center.  This is a private lounge customized for corporate or social events. Services range from coffee, non-alcoholic refreshments, and snacks to full service bars with locally crafted beers, top shelf mixed spirits and selected wines.   Creative cuisine from our international staff of culinary experts is always available including chef action stations, hand passed hors d’oeuvres, and locally inspired buffets.


Catering to a Crowd

People often ask, "How do you do it?" Catering to 1000s that is. We decided it would be fun to put together a time lapse video of a recent hand served dinner, including the transformation of a classroom setting into a ballroom in less than 2 hours. In the catering world this was our Olympic Game.
