Donation Request Form

Each year Utah Food Services (UFS) receives hundreds of donation requests. We do our best to assist local charities and non-profit organizations, but we cannot fulfill every request.

Our community outreach program begins with supplying meals to the local food banks, and other local agencies working together to provide hunger relief. Our philanthropic efforts target non profit organizations supporting women and children’s healthcare issues; mentally and physically disabled children and adults; under privileged, suffering and/or elderly members of our community. Additionally, UFS fully enjoys and supports the Arts of Utah.

If your organization meets this area of need we will consider your donation request. However, please understand that we have a limited budget for all donations and your request may not be fulfilled if we have already allocated our donations for the year. Please submit your donation request at least 4 weeks prior to your event or fundraiser.

PLEASE NOTE THAT APPROVED DONATIONS RECEIVE A SMALL DISCOUNT ON FOOD SERVICE ONLY.
