Fall Catering

With Summer quickly coming to an end, we have started to think about this upcoming Fall. Fall catering in Salt Lake City ranges from corporate parties to holiday gatherings and everything in between! There is no real “slow season” for us, and that’s how we like to keep it. In order to keep things fun and lively, we like to redo our menus often in order to keep things fresh (literally). Our chefs have been racking their brains looking for the perfect menu items for this upcoming season and we are so excited to finally share them with you! Our menu collaboration team has been hard at work testing out new and fun options for the new collection. A few new additions by our executive chef, Cameron Chamberlain, include:

Bulgar Wheat & Baby Spinach Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, Roasted Parsnips, Roasted Red Onion, topped with Feta and White Balsamic Vinaigrette


A Carved Wagyu Sirloin with an Herbed Crust, accompanied by a Red Wine Reduction and Horseradish Aioli With a side of Creamy Polenta with Wild Mushrooms & Ricotta and Green Tipped Baby Carrots and Asparagus


Black Cherry, Pistachio, & Chocolate Bombe:  Black Cherry Mousse with Pistachio Pastry Cream, layered atop a Chocolate Brownie & topped with a Marbled Mirror Glaze


The “We are all vegetarian now” eggplant bake:

Kale Mix with Shredded Brussels Sprouts, Red Onions, Orange Segments, Pomegranate Seeds, Almonds, Goat Cheese, and Red Wine Vinaigrette


Marinated & Grilled Sliced Eggplant in a Fresh Tomato Sauce, topped with a Ricotta Cheese Custard & Fresh Basil Ribbons with Oven Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini with Lemon Zest.


New York Style Cheesecake with Fresh Berries and Chocolate Ganache Drizzle
