Policies
Please Note:
- A valid credit card is required as a security deposit prior to pick up or delivery.
- A cleaning fee may be calculated into your final bill.
- A Restocking Fee may be applied if the order is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to event or in the case of neglecting to pick up your order.
The client is responsible for:
- Full Compensation for any Broken or Missing Items.
- Returning rented equipment by the agreed upon date and time between regular business hours. (Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm)
- Checking in with a Utah Food Services Representative upon Returning equipment to protect you from unnecessary late charges.
- Additional Charges may apply if any of the above conditions are not met.
