Making our Season Bright
Making lists, checking them twice (or a zillion times), loading, unloading, and reloading the sleigh (box trucks, cargo vans, mobile kitchens, etc.) while visions of sugar plums dance (or more like jolts of panic strike as you rack your brain to the whereabouts of the Sugar Plum Fairy Cake) are just some of the joys of a holiday caterer.
Don’t’ get me wrong, we love what we do especially during the holidays. It’s an honor to be the critical component to so many celebrations throughout the state.
However, this month a couple of events brought tears to our eyes as we experienced on own “reason for the season” moments: a stocking event for Helping Kids with Cancer (a charity with a mission to help meet critical needs of families with children who have cancer) and Angel’s Hands Christmas party for kids with rare diseases.
Despite their diagnoses, these superstars bring joy to everyone they encounter and are shining examples of holiday spirit. Thank you for making our season bright.
