Mobile Kitchens

At Utah Food Services we believe that a catered meal should have no boundaries. Therefore, UFS commissioned three state-of-art mobile catering kitchens, built to our specifications, to provide the means to cater events for up to 5000 people at any location without a catering facility. Our clientele ranges from social events  to symphonies to superstars, as we provide mobile catering meal and beverage services for weddings, concerts, orchestras, movie sets, film festivals, art exhibits, sporting events and more.

Our mobile catering kitchen I is custom engineered. Sound baffled generator and shore power ready. Fully contained with oversized service awning and large pass through windows. Equipped with convection ovens, spider tops, heat wells, sinks, refrigerators and freezer, flat top grill and power outlets. Production capabilities in the hundreds. Our mobile catering kitchen II is custom engineered. Sound baffled generator and shore power ready. Self-drive and fully contained with pass through windows, oversize awning. Equipped with convection ovens, spider tops, heat wells, refrigerators and freezer, sinks, tilt skillet and power outlets. Production capabilities in the hundreds. Our mobile catering kitchen III is the newest addition to our custom engineered fleet of beautiful mobile kitchens! You have to see it to believe it. 52-feet of prime efficiency with 6 convection ovens, Combi Steamer ovens, spider tops, refrigerators, and flat top grill. Fully self-contained and shore power ready. Production capability in the thousands.

From Green Rooms to VIP Receptions, UFS does not discriminate and enjoys catering to all genres.   Our brush with fame includes Bruce Springsteen, Justin Timberlake, Tracy Chapman, U2, Chris Isaak, George Strait, and the beat goes on.

Grand Openings


Due to the diverse nature of Utah Food Services, we travel the west to unveil the latest big box stores as well as celebrate grand openings close to home, like the Public Safety Building’s kickoff.   

JCB Land Speed Project


UFS camped out in the Salt Flats to fuel the winning team with round the clock food and beverage service from our Food Truck/Mobile Kitchen 2.  These crazy Brits not only won but smashed the world record…it must have been the food.

The Utah Air Show


Biannually, UFS has the honor to serve the Air Forces’ finest at a series of Thunderbird VIP receptions held at Hill Airforce Base.  The menu varies from retro to progressive fare made with the freshest ingredients prepared onsite in our mobile kitchens.

Utah Arts Festival


For over 20 years UFS consistently supports the Utah Art Festival with various levels of service and cuisine including the Sponsor Patio, Sky Box, Volunteer Lounge, PB&J Booth and more.  Our mobile kitchen cranks out a variety of local favorites throughout this 4 day weekend. 

Utah Championship PGA Tour


QUIET…please.  Year after year, Utah Food Services surreptitiously catered the 19th Hole VIP reception overlooking the green amongst silence and sporadic cheers.  Steaks, shrimp, and sliders sailed out the door of the mobile kitchens on demand.



We make dreams come true, from mountaintop weddings to garden receptions.  Our mobile team hand served meals for hundreds at the top of Guardsman’s Pass (BYO power, water, kitchen sink and everything else).  Chef action stations planted throughout the bride’s garden is our best example of farm to table, both were in reach. 

Winter Olympics


Memories of the 2002 winter games will be forever cherished by Team UFS.  Catering the Main Media Center, various international houses, and the Governor’s Mansion, was an Olympic event itself, not to forget operating at the utmost level of security…with a smile.

World Cup Ski and Snowboard Competitions


UFS delivered slope-side service to World Cup athletes and their VIP guests in Park City, thanks to a team of snowmobilers, our brave staff and mobile kitchens.  Hot Anasazi Chili and Hot Ghirardelli Chocolate were the winners.
