Our sales managers will guide you through Utah’s legal requirements and help determine the best bar and beverage option for your event.

DABC Definition of Hosted Bar: An event that guests attend via invitation only. No cash is exchanged on or off-site for attendance to the event or for alcohol. The event is closed to the general public.No DABC permit is required.

DABC Definition of Cash Bar: Any and all events where cash is exchanged for alcohol and/or admission paid to attend, whether collected onsite or offsite. A single Event Permit must be procured from the DABC.

Straight Forward Pricing

Bar Packages

  • $3.50 PER PERSON

    • UFS to provide all corkage, handling, ice, glassware, and cocktail napkins.

    • Bartender labor is billed at $35 per hour per bartender, with a 3-hour minimum. 1 bartender for every 100 guests is recommended.

    • Client can provide all alcohol, or UFS can procure alcohol on behalf of the client for a $75 Procurement Fee plus the cost of the alcohol. Any remaining alcohol at the end of the event is the property of the client.

  • $4.50 PER PERSON

    • UFS to provide all soft drinks, corkage, handling, ice, glassware, and cocktail napkins.

    • Bartender labor is billed at $35 per hour per bartender, with a 3-hour minimum. 1 bartender for every 100 guests is recommended.

    • Client can provide all alcohol, or UFS can procure alcohol on behalf of the client for a $75 Procurement Fee plus the cost of the alcohol. Any remaining alcohol at the end of the event is the property of the client.

  • $5.50 PER PERSON

    • UFS to provide all corkage, handling, non-alcoholic ingredients for Specialty Cocktails, ice, glassware, and cocktail napkins.

    • Bartender labor is billed at $35 per hour per bartender, with a 3-hour minimum. 1 bartender for every 75 guests is recommended.

    • Client can provide all alcohol, or UFS can procure alcohol on behalf of the client for a $100 Procurement Fee plus the cost of the alcohol. Any remaining alcohol at the end of the event is the client's property.

  • $9.50 PER PERSON

    • UFS to provide all corkage, handling, mixers, garnishes, assorted soft drinks, ice, glassware, and cocktail napkins.

    • Bartender labor is billed at $35 per hour per bartender, with a 3-hour minimum. 1 bartender for every 60 guests is recommended.

    • Client can provide all alcohol, or UFS can procure alcohol on behalf of the client for a $150 Procurement Fee plus the cost of the alcohol. Any remaining alcohol at the end of the event is the client's property.
