Action Stations are Chef manned stations that add a fun and interactive element to your event!
All stations are priced per person with a minimum of 50 people.
Breakfast Action Stations
Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Sandwiches served on the client’s choice of Bagel, English Muffin, Croissant, or Ciabatta Bread and cooked fresh on-site with our Giant Cast Iron Grill
Custom-made hot Omelets freshly cooked on-site by our Chef utilizing a variety of fresh and local Vegetables, Cheese, and other ingredients
Buttermilk Pancakes cooked fresh on-site using our giant Cast Iron Grill and flipped to perfection by our Chef. Served with Maple Syrup, Berry Compote and Whipped Cream
Freshly cooked homestyle Waffles served with a fun variety of toppings, including: Bananas, Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup, Chocolate Syrup and Berry Compote
Lunch & Dinner Action Stations
A uniformed Chef searing Beef Tenderloin Tips to perfection on our Jumbo Wok of Fire. Served with Oyster Mushroom Ragout, Asiago and Roasted Shallot Mashed Potatoes, and Green Tipped Baby Carrots.
A uniformed Chef cooking your choice of 2 types of Sliders on our Large Evo Grill (Beef, Turkey, Veggie, Italian Sausage, or Portabella). Served on a local Slider Bun with Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Bermuda Onion, Pickles, Mustard, and Ketchup. Also includes Kettle Cooked Potato Chips with Roasted Onion Dip.
A uniformed Chef cooking up two different types of sizzling hot Street Tacos - with locally made Tortillas and all the essentials: Cheese, Salsa, Guacamole, Onion, and Hot Sauce.
